At Bangkok Buzzers, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless experience in the event of any defective or damaged items.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at sawittree.kankaews@gmail.com with the relevant details about the product and the defect. Our dedicated customer support team will assist you promptly.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, it is crucial to notify us within 14 days of receipt. After verifying the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Please note that we do not issue refunds; instead, we provide replacements for damaged or faulty items.

Additionally, if a customer refuses delivery of an order, they will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

For items that malfunction within 1 year (or 2 years for wired buzzers) from the date of purchase, we will send a new item once we receive the faulty one. We aim to process replacements quickly, and you can expect to receive your replacement within 10-14 business days.
